Can you use my existing branding and content?
Absolutely. If you already have a logo, brand colors, photos, written content, or other materials, we can use them as the starting point for your website.
Do I need to know anything about web design?
Nope. You provide information about your business, your content, and a few meaningful preferences. StratumFuse handles the design and technical decisions needed to turn that into a finished website.
Can I request changes to my website?
Yes. You can send updates to things like your business hours, services, pricing, photos, and other website content, and we'll take care of making the changes.
What happens after my website launches?
Presence continues after launch. Your monthly service covers hosting, ongoing maintenance, content updates, support, and improvements to the Presence platform over time.
What happens if I cancel Presence?
If you decide to leave Presence, your ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, and support will end. Your domain and your client-owned content and materials remain yours, regardless of when you cancel. After 12 consecutive months of Presence service, you can also request your completed website for independent hosting as described in the Presence Terms of Service.
